Shipping Areas

We deliver to Germany and selected countries of the European Union.

Delivery to islands and outside the European Union is excluded.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping is primarily carried out by DPD. In individual cases, we reserve the right to use a comparable shipping carrier.

Deliveries to DPD parcel shops and pick-up points are possible.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time will be shown to the customer during the ordering process and in the shopping cart.

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2–3 business days. For deliveries to other EU countries, delivery times may vary.

Delivery times may be delayed during peak periods, on public holidays or due to unforeseeable logistical events.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart and during the ordering process.

The amount of shipping costs depends on:

• the country of delivery,

• the weight of the order,

• as well as the current shipping conditions of the shipping carrier.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €50.00.

For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs generally apply.

Payment of Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are to be paid by the customer during the ordering process and are charged together with the total amount of the order.

Undeliverable Shipments

Should a delivery be returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect or refusal of acceptance by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting return shipping costs from the refund.

Notes on Deliveries within the EU

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import charges usually apply. Any local fees or additional costs levied in the country of destination are to be borne by the buyer.
