Before first use, clean with warm water and mild detergent. The enamel coating does not require seasoning. Heat the kazan gradually and avoid sudden temperature changes. Prefer wooden or silicone utensils. After use, allow to cool, hand-wash and dry completely. Do not overheat when empty or use abrasives or metal brushes.

The BIOL enamelled cast-iron kazan with a 12-litre capacity is ideal for preparing plov, braised dishes, soups and stews outdoors. Its traditional round bottom distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, ensuring particularly even cooking.

The black matt enamel coating protects the cast iron from rust, makes cleaning easier and eliminates the need for seasoning. The heavy lid reliably retains heat and moisture and supports slow, flavourful cooking.

Round bottom – not suitable for direct use on standard hobs
This kazan is primarily designed for use over an open fire, on a tripod, in a kazan stove or on a suitable support. A special support ring or adapter is required for use on a hob. This adapter is not included.
