Ideal for braising, cooking, baking and slow-cooking meat, vegetables, soups and stews. The high-quality black matt enamel protects the material from rust and makes the pot ready for immediate use. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, and for the oven.

The BIOL enamelled cast-iron kazan with a 12-litre capacity is ideal for preparing plov, braised dishes, soups and stews outdoors. Its traditional round bottom distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, ensuring particularly even cooking.

The black matt enamel coating protects the cast iron from rust, makes cleaning easier and eliminates the need for seasoning. The heavy lid reliably retains heat and moisture and supports slow, flavourful cooking.

The kazan is primarily designed for use over an open fire, on a tripod, in a suitable stove or on an appropriate support. Because of its round bottom, it cannot be placed directly on a standard hob. A special support ring or adapter, not included, is required for use on a hob.
